Our Vision
DTL Homes LLC is the latest in the DTL family of companies, a family owned and operated business. The Founders, Doug and Tabatha Lent, are lifelong residents of Kingman AZ and are deeply rooted in the local community and heritage. Our vision at DTL Homes, is to provide high quality, practical, and stylish homes at a competitive price, while introducing new innovative building products and systems to the local area.
Our Growth
Founded in 2007, DTL Remodel and Repair was the beginning of the DTL line of companies. DTL’s main focus was on Remodels, renovations and major repairs to homes in the Kingman AZ and greater Mohave County area. In 2012 DTL Enterprises LLC was formed and began building new homes while continuing with remodeling. Over the last 10 years DTL Enterprises built over 200 high quality homes in the Kingman AZ area. Over the years, DTL Enterprises grew to include sales of doors, trim, cabinets and tile to local contractors and the public.
Our Showroom
In 2025 DTL Homes LLC was formed and we opened a showroom and design center to focus solely on building new homes, that offer a blend of practicality, style and value. The showroom offers customers the opportunity to view available floor plans, finishes, as well as lot availability in an inviting environment.

DTL Homes, just like the rest of the DTL family of companies, calls Kingman, AZ their home base. This community has done so much for us, and many of our craftsmen call it home. We can provide our new building services across Northwest Arizona, including the entirety of Mohave County, which includes Bullhead City, AZ, Lake Havasu City, AZ, and Fort Mohave, AZ.
