DTL has been building high-quality homes since the early 2010s. From what started as an idea has blossomed into Mohave County's most exciting new home builder on the market. DTL Homes is the newest part of the DTL family and is looking to break into the new home market in Northwest Arizona and make a splash. Our home designs are modern and intended to blend effortlessly into the desert countryside that we know and love. We have long worked in the new residential construction niche, and we have seen too many cookie-cutter home builders come into Kingman and the surrounding area. So, we knew we had to do things differently, and DTL Homes is ready to revolutionize the home-building industry here in Mohave County for the better.

Custom Designs

Our designers have looked at thousands of plans that have been used across the state and nationwide. The issue with many of these builders is there is no customization or real character to the homes. Instead, you get a base-level home that just seems to lack in almost every aspect. That is where we decided that we would do things differently when we launched our own floorplans. Instead of the cookie-cutter approach, we opted to go with a design that you would expect here in Northwestern Arizona, with full customizations available inside and out.
