There are 2 different options for you when building a home with DTL Homes. First, you can choose to use one of our existing floor plan designs on one of our lots. The other option would be to have us build one of our designed plans o your lot. With either option, DTL offers multiple styles, color schemes, countertops, cabinets and flooring. Regardless of your preference, the DTL Homes team will be there for you every step of the way to ensure your home is built around your needs and wants. Our 5 step process is as follows:
Step 1: Financial Assesment
Start with a personalized consultation with our team. We take the time to understand your goals, preferences, and constraints to provide tailored guidance. Step 2: Comprehensive Quotation
Receive a detailed quotation that transparently outlines all costs associated with your new home. From base house costs to optional upgrades, our comprehensive quote ensures you have a clear understanding of your investment. Explore additional options and upgrades to customize your home to perfection.
Step 3: Building
After your new home is started we keep up to date with the build process. With our technology package you can get pictures, messages to keep informed through out the build process, from foundation to finish.
Step 4: Home Orientation & Inspection
Prior to closing, walk through your new home with our team. Learn how to operate and maintain your home's equipment, including HVAC systems, appliances, to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Access a comprehensive set of homeowner resources and manuals to assist you in caring for your new home. From maintenance schedules to troubleshooting guides, we provide the support you need to enjoy your home to the fullest.
Step 5: Final Inspection & Closing
Right before closing, multiple members of our team walk through inspect your home. This ensures that every aspect of your home meets our high standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship. With the inspection complete and all necessary approvals obtained, we facilitate a seamless closing process.
